This is the repo for the **RadaR2** Shiny webapp. It is the next iteration of RadaR and first of all aims to be implemented in the University Medical Center Groningen to support clinical decision-making and aid in treatment policy evaluation.
RadaR was an application for intuitive, rapid and reproducible quality of care pattern analysis of infectious patients. It functionalities are published by Luz, Berends *et al.* (2018) in the Journal of Medical Internet Research (https://www.jmir.org/2019/6/e12843/).
