This \code{AMR} package contains the \strong{complete microbial taxonomic data} from the publicly available Integrated Taxonomic Information System (ITIS, https://www.itis.gov). The complete taxonomic kingdoms Bacteria, Fungi and Protozoa (from subkingdom to the subspecies level) are included in this package.
