create /opt/portainer/ direcory:
# mkdir /opt/portainer/
run portainer as a docker:
# docker run -d -p 9000:9000 --restart always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v /opt/portainer:/data portainer/portainer
