This template creates a MOLGENIS stack on top of Rancher. It creates 3 docker services:

||
|
|
|
||
|
|
- MOLGENIS instance
|
||
|
|
- Postgress instance
|
||
|
|
- ElasticSearch instance
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
## Usage:
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
- Select MOLGENIS from catalog
|
||
|
|
- Enter the name of the replica set
|
||
|
|
- Click deploy
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
MOLGENIS can now be accessed over the Rancher network.
|
